Under the Ever-Full
Under the ever-full Burger King moon,
This town is constantly humming
With something resembling life.
This town with no ambition
Where we two, lonely people meet.
Is it because we have no ambition
And no grand dreams about "us"
As long we can hold each other for just another night?
All the teens down in the park
Are congregating after dark.
Spinning round on the merry-go-round,
Swinging on the swings.
Talking to each other of all the different things,
Talking to each other of all their future dreams,
Talking to each other of how they are going to find their wings.
Our Lookout overlooks this town
We see it when we take the time
